What is it?
I build the curriculum, guides and tools the team needs, and I run the work with Josh every week.
Josh and I have worked together before. This spring I built PDW a common operating picture for leadership. We already talk most weeks. This turns that into finished work.
But the team is already underwater

- For the payload curriculum. Each multi-mission payload gets a training plan drafted as soon as it's in hand, then reworked against the real hardware.
- For Fort Bliss. Training materials for the new variant and its different radio, built once and kept current.

Frequently asked questions
Why not month to month?
Because the value shows up in months two and three. Month one is setup: learning the program, getting the system running, building the first tools. After that, each tool makes the next one faster. A month-to-month deal pays for the setup and stops before the payoff.
Why not hire someone?
A hire takes months to find and onboard, and the trainings are on the calendar now. This is one person doing strategy, creative direction and the build, starting this month.
Is an AI system on a work machine safe?
It gets set up with PDW's IT before it touches any company material, and it only reaches what IT approves. Josh and I handle that. PDW doesn't have to work it out.
What does Josh actually have to do?
Show up to one working session a week and answer questions in between. The rest is mine.
Who owns what gets built?
PDW. Every tool and document stays with the team, and they can keep it up without me.
What happens after three months?
We decide together: another term, or done. Whatever was built stays either way.
Can we add more?
Yes. Anything on the menu can be added during the engagement at 25% off.
